Nordic Talent was founded with a bold mission: to help Nordic professionals gain international experience and connect them with global opportunities. While Nordic professionals are highly skilled and sought after, they are also notoriously hesitant to move abroad. Having experienced the benefits of international careers firsthand, we know that working across borders is not just a career move—it’s a chance to grow both professionally and personally.​

Our founders, Ragnvald and Aarcha, met while studying in Bergen, Norway and bonded over their shared passion for global careers. With Ragnvald’s deep expertise in HR and recruitment and Aarcha’s background in consulting and sales, they saw a growing need: international companies struggle to recruit Nordic talent, and Nordic professionals often lack the right support to take their careers global.

  • Co-founder & Chairman of the Board

    Ragnvald is an accomplished HR professional with extensive international experience, currently working as an HR Business Partner and previously excelling as a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition and HR in Germany. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in HR and Administration from Høyskolen Kristiania, he served as an advisor at a leading organization, where he was responsible for recruitment, staffing, and consultant management. Ragnvald has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR processes, recruiting, and providing leadership support across borders.

  • Co-founder & CEO

    Aarcha has a strong background in digital transformation within the public sector. She has worked with business development and client management since 2020, both in Norway and Ireland. Aarcha holds a CEMS Master's in International Management and an MS in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Fluent in multiple languages, she brings a strategic edge to client interactions, leveraging her expertise in the tech industry to drive impactful digital initiatives.
